This third-floor penthouse condo is located on lush, well-manicured grounds with a heated pool adjacent to the ocean as well as a beach and a protected swim area for children. There are two large lanais, both with fantastic ocean views. The spacious interior has custom cabinets, high-end countertops, and is in the process of being redecorated in a coastal theme. The unit is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay including a fully-stocked kitchen, free cable and Wi-Fi, air conditioned bedrooms, a washer and dryer, beach toys, and more. A New Mattress was purchased 4/26.
