The unit has has some recent improvements (July 2025) - replaced queen bed. This unit comes with an equipped Kitchenette with pots/pans/hot plate for light cooking, coffee maker, microwave & large refrigerator. (Greetings and Welcome!) <br /><br />Important information about your upcoming visit to Hawaii:<br /><br />Please provide our team with your Honolulu arrival/departure flight information prior to your check in date along with your valid IDs for each guest. We will also need your mobile phone number, your personal email and at least one emergency contact so we can pre-registered you with the building management. Our established check in time is 3 pm and we will send the check in instructions on the check in date as long as we have the above required information.<br /><br />To help you plan for your stay, we provide the following complimentary toiletries at no cost: <br />1. Two bath towels, two hand towels, and two facial towels<br />2. Two rolls of toilet paper <br />3. Two bars of sample size soap<br />4. Two beach towels (not the white bath towels)<br /><br />The kitchenette includes the following:<br />1. One roll of paper towel<br />2. Dish soap & sponge<br />3. Two packets of Hawaiian coffee with cream and sugar<br />4. Hot Tea packets<br /><br />Guests are to supply their own toiletries and supplies for the rest of their stay. We do not provide room service or restock supplies however if extra housekeeping services is needed during your stay such as an interim cleaning, it is available for an additional cleaning fee. The bed & bath linens are NOT INTENDED to be used at the beach, hiking or on other adventures. Please WATCH for stains, if we are not able to rid towels of stains, we will need to charge for damaged towels or linens to replace them for the next guests.<br /><br />**All guests are required to pre-register with a valid Government Photo Id before arriving.<br /><br />**All visitor of registered guests must be signed in at the Security Desk in the middle of the lobby.<br /><br />Note - Main entrance doors (Kuhio Ave side) are open 24 hours. The back doors along Prince Edward St. close after dark however you can enter tower 2 through the fob reader at the back doors & inner stairwell from inside the parking garage.<br /><br />**Please do not dispose baby wipes, paper towels, “Flushable” or female products down the toilet.<br /><br />**On days of high humidity, the Air condition units tend to produce more condensate and may overflow onto the lanai. A/C containers must be emptied in the bathtub. We ask for the A/C to be turned “off” while you’re not in the unit. Fines can be imposed for water dripping from the lanai.<br /><br />**Report any leaks, damages, and concerns immediately via messaging or phoning/texting Theresa directly.<br /><br />**Nothing may hang over the balcony ledge or a $50.00 USD fine will be issued by the Building Manager. Violators will be responsible for the fine.<br /><br />**Please do not bring sand back from the beach, use the beachside showers to leave the sand at the beach. Do not allow sand down the shower/tub as it will clog the pipes. An additional fee could be assessed to remove excessive sand from the unit or clear clogged drain lines.<br /><br />**Smoking is prohibited in common areas such as the Elevators, Hallways, and Lobby. All units are Non-Smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted on the Balcony. Building fines will be imposed for violators.<br /><br />**Please remember to have your keys with you to avoid being “locked out” of the room. Missing keys upon check out will result in a $100.00 USD charge to the guest per key set missing. $50 charge for all lockouts after hours.<br /><br />**Any missing items or damage to the building / unit caused by you or your guests will result in a charge.<br /><br />**Read all notices posted in the Elevators or common areas for maintenance work scheduling by the building management.<br /><br />**Trash chutes are located on each floor next to the Elevators (door marked REFUSE). If locked, please locate the large trash bins in the underground parking garage. Do not put boxes or large items down the trash chute or you will clog the trash chute. All bags should be tied closed before being placed in the chute.<br /><br />**Do not move furniture's around in the unit. You will be charged a $250 fee to return the furniture to the original position.<br /><br />*Normal check out time is 11 am or earlier. Leave all keys on the counter in the unit. Please message us once you are checked out. There will be a $200 charge for FAILING to check out at 11a.m. If you have a “Red Eye” flight (overnight flight) and depart late evening, we can offer a late check out for a fee to extend the check out until as late as 9PM if the unit is available and arranged prior to the check-out date with approved alteration to your reservation.<br /><br />**Cleaning Fee charged with the reservation is for check out cleaning to return the unit to clean and ready condition for the next guest. If additional cleaning is desired, we can schedule an interim cleaning for an additional cleaning fee (half for a general cleaning only or whole fee for general cleaning and laundry of bed & bath linens). We do not have daily maid service or replacement of towels or bed linens.<br /><br />Parking is not included: public parking is first come, first served with no in and out. Prepay (machine on wall at entrance) if open stall is available and put prepaid ticket on front dashboard visible from outside to avoid the tow trucks who manage the garage. Both towers have a pay station, and the ticket is valid for either Kuhio Village public parking garages. Waikiki Banyan may have available parking or weekly rates and is two blocks away if Kuhio Village Towers parking garages are full. Note the parking garages have low ceilings and semi-steep ramp down to basement level parking garage; tall vehicles over 5.8" are not permitted. Park at your own risk; do not leave valuables in the car, unattended anywhere.<br /><br />**Beware of theft on the beach or at tourist hot spots. Some scammers/thieves look for easy targets and watch for an opportunity to steal something. Theft and domestic disputes are Hawaii’s most often crimes. Do not flaunt your wealth and you won’t become a target. Best advice do not take IDs / passports to the beach or you might have difficulty getting home.
