After more than 20 years of welcoming guests to our home, we have made the tough decision to stop offering short‑term stays after July 1, 2026.<br /><br />Ongoing changes in state and county tax requirements, combined with reduced support and protection for small, independent hosts from the major advertising platforms, have made it no longer possible to continue.<br /><br />We are deeply grateful to the many respectful guests we’ve hosted over the years and appreciate your understanding as we make this transition.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Konarado has three ensuite rental units - The Sun, The Moon, and The Stars. <br /><br />The pool, gas BBQ and Blackstone grill are for your exclusive use.<br /><br />This property is located in a very quiet and established neighborhood. <br /><br />Two studios with kitchenettes and full baths open directly to the private pool. They both have under counter fridges and Keurig pod coffee makers. The Moon has a microwave.<br /> <br />There is a new Tiki bar lounge with a kitchenette and laundry for The Moon & The Stars guests. It has an induction cooktop, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, another under counter fridge and a wall mounted TV.<br /><br />Additional appliances such as a blender or crockpot can be made available, just ask.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking on street and in driveway.<br />Guest is provided personal digital security codes for private entrances.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The pool is exclusive for your use only.<br /><br />The Moon and Stars has access to the new Tiki Lounge, for your use only, has a bar kitchenette with an induction cooktop, sink, Keurig, TV and another fridge, everything you need to cook a meal. <br /><br />[The Blackstone grill and BBQ is located in the backyard.] <br />The Tiki also has a lounge area and stacking washer & dryer. <br /><br />Help yourself to any fruit growing on property! There is generally lemons & calamondin limes year around.<br /><br />There are three rental options at Konarado. We only allow one group on property at a time.<br /><br />Book either the Sun, Moon and Stars, The Moon and Stars, or the Sun and Stars without sharing the outdoor space, or hallway space, sidewalks, etc. with other travelers that you don't know. <br /><br />Konarado hosts parties from 0-6, just pick the space the best fits your needs.<br /><br />This is a hosted rental.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />TA - 175-049-5232-01
