This enables you to seamlessly interact in the lanai, kitchen, and living room areas. We also just completed work on a new rock wall patio in front of the house below the lanai. This patio has become a wonderful addition to BBQ and lounge on. The kitchen is fully equipped with a rice cooker, coffee machine, and well-stocked cooking essentials. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and cool morning breeze. Each bedroom has a soft pillow top mattress. The master bedroom comes with a California King bed and an attached bathroom with a private walk in shower and deep soaking tub. The additional two bedrooms have queen size beds. <br />For time away from this home you are able to enjoy the boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and beach towels. We are conveniently located 5-10 mins from Walua running path, ocean activities, Keauhou shopping center, and Alli drive.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked owner's storage closet. Guests can enjoy the ocean view lanai, rock wall patio, BBQ, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, lounging in the living room, sleeping on the pillow top mattress', master bath soaking tub, and laundry room. Along with boogie boards and snorkel gear.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Hawaii is wonderful, but doors left open, invite bugs and little critters inside when not careful. We ask that you clean up after each meal to prevent ants, bugs, etc. from being attracted to the food and crumbs.
