The following information is a summary of our cleaning and sanitation procedures between guest stays.<br /><br />There is at minimum a 48-hour interval between guests. This effectively acts as a “booking buffer” to block out a space of time after a rental is used to allow time for airborne particles to settle.<br /><br />For convenience and to minimize person-to-person contact, our condominium is equipped with a lockbox at the entrance door, letting you self check-in and out.<br /><br />Shoe rack at the front door is provided and guests are encouraged to leave them when entering condominium.<br /><br />For our guests and staff, hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap products are provided at key points such as entrance, bathrooms, and kitchen.<br /><br />Before every guest stay:<br /><br />To maximize ventilation and air out the home, our housekeeping staff will open windows while cleaning.<br /><br />High touch areas such as door handles, controls and switches, television remotes, fan pull chains, bathroom/kitchen faucets, toilet flush handles, and toilet seats are sanitized in preparation for your stay.<br /><br />Hardwood floors are mopped.<br /><br />Bathroom tiled floors are cleaned.<br /><br />Area rugs in the living room and bedrooms are thoroughly vacuumed.<br /><br />Sheets are freshly laundered at high temperatures and placed on beds.<br /><br />Towels are also laundered at high temperatures are placed in bathrooms and kitchen.<br /><br />All dishes and utensils are cleaned and the dishwasher is left empty.<br /><br />The refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker are cleaned.<br /><br />The Lanai table and chairs are wiped down.<br /><br />Showers, bathtubs, and toilets are thoroughly cleaned.<br /><br />All trash cans are emptied and provided with a fresh liner.<br /><br />Safety equipment (fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit) is available for guest protection.<br /><br />Housekeeping equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after use.<br /><br />Finally, guests can simply arrive and relax, since we provide starter amenities like hair and body care products, cleaning supplies, and additional stock of basic household items like paper towels, toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent.<br /><br />Enjoy your stay and reach out to us at any time should you have any questions.<br /><br />Joy and Larry Kleefeld<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STVR-19-376090 GE-100-370-0224-01 TA-100-370-0224-01
