Welcome to your Downtown Kona Retreat! This top-floor 2BR/2BA condo. Enjoy beautiful ocean views and sunsets from the lanai, and room for up to 6 guests. Your condo is only a 5 minute walk to sandy beaches or downtown Kona with great shopping and dining. Our condo has AC, a fully equipped kitchen, pool, and hot tub. STVR-2022-000286.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We are so excited to host you in our newly acquired condo in the heart of downtown Kona. The master bedroom has great views of the mountains and a cozy king sized bed and flat screen smart TV. Downstairs is the first full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or have a night cap while you watch the sunset from your private lanai. Both the living room and master bedroom have their own mini split air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. <br /><br />Make your way upstairs to the loft area which includes a queen size bedroom and en suite full bathroom. Again this includes a third mini split AC.<br /><br />During your stay you will have access to our community pool, hot tub, and bbq. <br /><br />A short walk from the condo and you are in downtown Kona, on the pier, or at one of the two nearby beaches. Downtown Kona has many excellent dining options, souvenir shops, and art galleries for your enjoyment. <br /><br />We are also walking distance to Starbucks, Kona Brewing, and Safeway.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the condo during your stay. Our condo includes one dedicated parking spot for your car (spot #24)<br /><br />Additionally you will have access to the community pool, spa, and BBQ. Please be respectful of other residents and guests and follow all posted rules. The resort does not permit smoking outside the designated smoking area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As our condo is located in Hawaii’s beautiful tropical environment, you may occasionally see insects from time to time during your stay. This is a natural part of island living, and even with regular, professional pest control service, it is not possible to guarantee a completely pest-free environment. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and have routine treatments in place to minimize any issues. However, because insects are part of the natural habitat in Hawaii, their occasional presence does not constitute a maintenance problem. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds related to insects that may appear during your stay.
