We are located about 2-3 miles from the hub of Kailua-Kona, oceanfront, on the top floor for the best views. There is an on-site pool, 2 bbq's, coin-op laundry downstairs, and one complimentary assigned parking spot. The complex is situated between Magic Sands Beach on one side, and a park on the other. Our kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to eat in or make a tropical drink while enjoying the sunsets. The queen sized mattress is situated right by the private lanai so you can enjoy the sunrise from bed! Beach equipment is provided for your use: Umbrella, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, extra large beach towels and picnic blankets. <br />We offer free Netflix on our 55" new TV, free WIFI, and stock a host of books and DVD's. Binoculars are available to whale watch from the lanai.
