Our beach home is centrally located for many fabulous activities near Kona – snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, diving, hiking, shopping, dining, whale & dolphin watching, etc. A block from White Sands Beach (Magic Sands Beach) & has a private lap pool & a lush tropical garden setting. Relax & enjoy!<br /><br />Rate incl. HI accommodation taxes (est 18.72%). - Cleaning fee = $300 per stay.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Three air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs in the main part of the house. The fourth bedroom/bath is downstairs and is a separated studio, accessible through external entrances only – it is air-conditioned and has a kitchenette with bar-sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator.<br /><br />Maximum occupancy = 8 <br />Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, Second Bedroom with Queen Size Bed, Third Bedroom with One Queen Bed and the Downstairs Studio has a twin bed and a Queen Bed.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests are welcome to use the entire house which includes the downstairs studio.<br /><br />Note that on rare occasions the lower studio will not be available (if owner requires use of it). If the studio is not available, the rate will be discounted for these select dates, and you will be advised prior to booking that the studio is not available. The upper and lower areas are separate, each with private entrances, so when these rare dates do occur, guests will still have complete privacy in the upper portion of the house. <br /><br />The garage is fully accessible for guests, and it has a washer/dryer, beach toys, etc. Note: Owner does keep a car in the garage, so guest parking is limited to the driveway (room for 2 cars), and street parking is also available.<br /><br />In keeping with the new state vacation rental laws there is also a caretaker "Terry" who lives in an entirely separate apartment on the side of the house (see below)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please no parties, as the home is located in a residential neighborhood!<br />Please respect the quiet hours between 9PM and 8AM, and keep socializing to inside only after 9PM at night. Mahalo!<br /><br />Note that the onsite caretaker lives in an attached apartment downstairs.<br /><br />Tip: If you have a late-evening departing flight, we highly recommend you book an extra night. We often cannot do late check-outs and often cannot store luggage past check-out time.
