Our studio condo is in the heart of Kona town, on Ali'i Drive, right across the street from the ocean. An easy location if you are looking to walk to many of Kona's best restaurants, snorkel at the nearby pier, or join a manta ray night dive and only 15 minutes from the airport. Our place has great ambiance, the outdoor area, pool and hot tub are stunning, surrounded by tiki torches every evening. Our place is good for couples and small families. One queen bed and a queen pull out sofa-bed.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our studio condo is located on the ground level of the Kona Islander Inn. We offer a fully stocked kitchenette, newly upgraded queen bed and new mattress for pull out sofa bed, cable and wifi. Our unit is around the corner from the pool/ hot tub and bbq area, which features two gas grills and is open until 10pm. Kona is a small town with a lot to offer. Many tours and water activities including paddle boarding, surfing, whale watching, swimming with dolphins all available for booking steps from the condo complex.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest will have full access to the studio condo and grounds including; pool/hot tub and bbq area, gardens, main lobby and laundry facilities.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have recently upgraded our unit with a black out curtain, fresh paint and new upgraded mattresses. <br />These are privately owned condo's and so we do have a small list of condo rules to follow.
