There is also an additional cleaning fee for the animal of 140 dollars.<br />There is also a set o rules for the Kona Islander Inn . No smoking, parking and drinking restrictions. The rule book is on the table. <br />There is up to a 500 dollar fine if not followed<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property has access to , parking,pool, hot tub ,laundry across the street from the beach.<br />Right in the middle of Kona town with shops and restaurants a great location.<br />The room has a fold out couch , queen size bed, kitchenette with microwave toaster oven hot plate and coffee maker. Bathroom shower. <br />Internet and TV .<br />Located on the ground floor with a lanai behind the pool<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />No pets<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No pets, smoking is not allowed on the premises.
