The ocean is within view from inside even though we are on the ground floor. Our guests appreciate our location and it's proximity to Kahalu'u Beach Park,<br />and the fact that it's away from the busyness of Kona town.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Seaspray pool and grill area is open to our guests and is a great place to watch sunsets year round and spot a whale or two during the winter months. It's located a few steps away, thru the garden area, on the other side of the Seaspray building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do offer the use of our 2 A/C units for an additional fee ($20 per day to cover the high cost of electricity on the Big Island).<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />200-699-9040
