New Ductless Air-Conditioning added throughout in May 2023.<br /><br />There is a King bed in the downstairs bedroom and a Queen in the upstairs loft. There are two full bathrooms; one upstairs, one downstairs. <br />Upstairs: Walk-In Shower. <br />Downstairs: Walk-In Shower. <br /><br />This condo has a washer-dryer, full kitchen and all linens, towels and beach towels. We even have some beach gear for you to hit the beach when you arrive!<br /><br />Koa Resort has one of the LARGEST swimming pools in Kihei, which is great considering it is one of the "smallest" properties. Koa Resort has just 5 low-rise buildings, with only 54 units, making this property a relaxing place to enjoy your Maui vacation. <br /><br />Traveling with a large group?
