A fully equipped gym is availably daily from 9 am to 9 pm. The Kingswood Homeowners Association provides a range of amenities for residents and their guests. The community pool and kiddie pool are open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The recently renovated community sports complex is available from Memorial Day until the first snowfall and features tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Bocce ball courts are open year-round (weather permitting), and bocce balls can be borrowed from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Additionally, the community fitness center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means there are some things we can't control. For example, weather and harsh conditions may interrupt Wifi and power. We kindly ask for your patience if these events occur. While we try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. <br /> <br />*We're sorry, the locked bbq grill on the patio is not available for guests due to county regulations.*
