Skiing and snowboarding at the Northstar Resort is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy golfing at the Old Brockway Golf Course, just half a mile away.<br /><br />The living room welcomes you with high ceilings, Smart TV (with cable), gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with gas BBQ and patio seating.<br /><br />The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. Gather around the dining table over a warm homemade meal and great conversations with your family and friends.<br /><br />All 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The last bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a TV/DVD player, great for the kids! There is a shared full bathroom and half bathroom available.<br /><br />There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.<br /><br />Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.<br /><br />Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
