This beautiful, centrally located suite with AC is located on Kauai's romantic North Shore. It features a Tempurpedic style Cal King bed and a desk for remote work. The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need - including a single induction burner, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. The 50-inch smart TV has Netflix plus full cable. Enjoy the sound of local birds on your private lanai. There are common barbecues located by the pool, together with an outside dining area.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Newly installed mini-split AC in October 2023<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Property access is available 24/7 via self-check-in. <br /><br />Free parking is available and easily found. Please park in an unmarked space and display the parking permit.<br /><br />Keys are provided for the pool and spa. The pool area features relaxing lounge chairs, bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. There is a hot tub and pool to relax after a long day exploring. There are also two BBQ propane grills available for use, as well as dining tables.<br /><br />If you'd like to rinse your beach gear or wash off the mud after a hike, there is a rinsing station in the front parking lot under a tree near the pool.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do our very best to ensure that you have a wonderful stay at our condo! However please understand that this is a tropical location, and there are some things that are beyond our control! <br />In the tropics, you may find:<br />Cockroaches<br />Ants<br />Spiders <br />Geckos crawling on the walls are harmless and actually keep places free of other bugs like mosquitoes.<br />These are just possibilities that you would encounter at some point. We have regular pest control service and even schedule extra services, yet still, we cannot help it if cockroaches fly in from the outside or ants crawl through the cracks to find food. We apologize in advance for these possible occurrences but since Hawaii is a tropical island filled with these critters, they may find a way in. As well as there are some other beautiful creatures to appreciate.<br />Unfortunately, we cannot refund your stay if you see any of these critters, we let you know in advance, in case it's your first time in this kind of weather. Which is lovely and comes accompanied by lush green landscape everywhere.<br />We recommend reviewing the insurance provided by airbnb or one of your preferences.
