The King Kam Suite has a King bed, a newly renovated bathroom and Walkin shower and a large walkin closet. It also has a full kitchen in a screened in Lanai with access to the backyard, propane grill, lounges, and umbrella table and chairs.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Lanai Villas is a well established Poipu Vacation rental just one block from the property of the Grand Hyatt Hotel and ocean beaches and is well known as an Affordable Alternative to Expensive Accommodations in beautiful Poipu Beach, but pleases don't expect granite counter tops or high end furniture.<br /><br />We have three suites, all private and here on this Airbnb site we are featuring our KING KAM SUITE. The master has a king size bed with a double sink bathroom and a large walk-in closet.<br /><br />The King has a full kitchen along with a blender, microwave, toaster, toaster over, coffee maker, large fridge, and plenty of cookware, dishes and silverware. The table has a round marble top with chairs and it is all housed in a screened in Lanai, Hawaiian style.<br /><br />There is a screen door leading out to the backyard which has a propane grill, an umbrella table with chairs and lounges.<br /><br />Located in sunny Poipu within the Poipu Kai Resort Complex, our guests have full use of the resort Pool and Jacuzzi pictured which is just a 5 minute walk through a tree lined greenbelt area or a one minute drive to the tennis court area beside and behind the Kalapaki Joe restaurant.<br /><br />This convenient resort area is within easy walking distance to beaches, tennis courts, championship golf courses, two shopping villages, and many first class restaurants, all within one mile.or less.<br /><br />We recommend renting a car, but the inexpensive Kauai Bus makes a stop just one block from Lanai Villas.<br /><br />Poipu Beach is on the South side of Kauai and is known for it's sunny weather. The area offers many interesting places to explore as well as some of the finest beaches in the world. Poipu Beach Park is only a one minute drive from Lanai Villas and offers plenty of free parking.<br /><br />Located on a quiet street surrounded by high end homes, Lanai Villas offers the discerning traveler a great value for such a premier location in Hawaii.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Here you can enjoy easy access to ocean beaches, sunsets on the ocean, restaurants and the Hyatt Spa. There is a daily charge for use of their spa.<br /><br />Our pool and Jacuzzi, which is part of the Poipu Kai Resort, are free for your use from 8:00 am to 10:00 p.m.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Normally there is no restriction on the number of days you can book the King.
