One King size bed, loveseat sofa in sitting room, bathroom has heated floor, kitchenette is stocked weekly with tea, coffee and cooking essentials. Ideal for 1-2 travelers, or traveler(s) w/kids due to private patio area, private entrance to space for guests, and nearby Midtown Terrace Playground. Spaces featured in photos are entirely private for your use. <br /><br />Host will provide keys upon arrival or access to the electronic keypad on the door. Helps if you can give an approximate arrival time when making an inquiry or before arrival. You will have access to a washer and dryer from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m., or other times upon request.<br /><br />The homeowners are onsite on the 2nd level and will be available for questions. They will greet you upon arrival. <br /><br />The quiet neighborhood is situated in the Twin Peak hills with stunning views and lush trees. Hiking trails are found in walking distance at Twin Peaks, Mount Sutro and Glen Park Canyon. Located in the center of the city and close to popular areas, such as Golden Gate Park, Noe Valley, Cole Valley, Castro and Haight Ashbury neighborhoods. Parking is always available directly outside. <br /><br />The 36 bus stop is one-block away. It is a short bus ride or 15 minute walk to the Forest Hill muni bus station where multiple lines and buses are available. The SF NextBus App is helpful so you can anticipate bus arrivals. <br /><br />We don't rent for more than 29 consecutive days.
