Your private lanai is perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets, and comes stocked with everything for a beach day — snorkel sets, water shoes, floaties, beach chairs, and a cooler.<br /><br />The bedroom is a true sanctuary: a brand-new cooling mattress, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and dedicated AC unit for a perfect night's sleep. The fully stocked kitchen has all the tools for cooking a real meal. <br /><br />Downstairs, Alii Villas offers a community pool, BBQ area, and private beach access. It's the perfect spot to catch the legendary "green flash" at sunset.<br /><br />Dedicated parking is right next to the stairs to your unit, making loading and unloading a breeze.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including the private lanai and its beach gear storage. The Alii Villas complex amenities, pool, BBQ area, and private beach access, are available to all guests throughout your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Air conditioning is in the bedroom only. The living area stays comfortable with Hawaii's trade winds flowing through large windows and the lanai door, plus a ceiling fan.<br /><br />Coqui frogs and tropical birds serenade you at night, a beloved Big Island experience. The bedroom AC doubles as a white noise machine if you prefer a quieter sleep.<br /><br />Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Extensions are sometimes available, just message us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.<br /><br />Families traveling with little ones have access to a high chair, pack-and-play, and kid-friendly dishes.<br /><br />Wi-Fi is reliable; if connecting a laptop, the 5GHz network gives the best performance.<br /><br />Pool closure notice: The Alii Villas community pool will be closed August 17 – September 7, 2026 for resurfacing.
