Our lovely, kid-friendly, 3 bedroom house is just a few blocks from Memorial Park, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, Solano Ave, and the Kensington shops and farmer's market. A little further is Bart, Gourmet Ghetto in North Berkeley and Tilden.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We have a cozy house with 3 bedrooms. There is a king size bed with a very firm organic mattress in the master bedroom. In each of the kid's rooms there is a twin bed that can be pulled out to make a king size bed. There is plenty of parking on the block. My mother lives in a separate in law unit in the back yard with her small hypoallergenic dog. She has her own entrance and private patio and you will have your own outdoor area with a large table and a private deck with a table and grill. Within walking distance there is a small grocery store in Kensington and and a Safeway on Solano. Within a mile are some great health food stores, big supermarkets, and a Trader Joe's. There are also fabulous restaurants, a fun play ground and pool within walking distance, and a farmer's market a few blocks away on Sunday mornings. It's a 15 min walk to the bart station where you can bart to San Francisco, Berkeley or Oakland.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please let me know if you would like an earlier check in or later check out.
