This 1-bedroom 'Fireplace Suite' condominium sleeps up to 4 with a king bed in a private bedroom & a queen memory gel foam sofa sleeper in the living area. It is located at Everline Resort&Spa. It has a picture window overlooking Tahoe National Forest and putting green on the third fairway at the property's golf course. We also have a double queen room that can be rented separately or as a 2-Bedroom option that combines these two rooms which will accommodate sleeping for 8.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Check – in: 4:00PM –Temporarily Park in the valet area of the Resort Building. A bell person<br />will take your luggage and valet check your skis and boots. Check in at the lobby<br />in the Resort Building for your room key card. After check-in you can park in self-park $35 extra a night or Valet $65 extra a night. Subject to change. Parking is paid directly to the resort. Not included in my nightly fee.<br /><br />Check – out: 11:00 AM<br /><br />Keurig Coffee Maker: some pod supplied. May want to bring your favorites.<br /><br />Beds: Suite (539): King bed & Queen sofa-sleeper (bedding is in the ottoman or closet) to open<br />sofa bed pull the two handles straight up then out. May need to look under bedding<br />to find handles. <br /><br />Maid Service: Check-out only. Text or call me if you need anything.<br /><br />Linens: The room has towels, pillows, blankets, and sheets. Towels are available at the pools and spas for your use there.<br /><br />Features: All units have wireless internet (paid from the $55 a night Resort/club Fee), LCD TV, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and On-Command Video with first-run movies and video games that are “charged to your cc on account”. The Fireplace<br />suite has a bedroom with a 2nd LCD TV; a living area with fireplace; and a kitchenette with 2-burner range, mini frig, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, tableware, etc. and dining table with chairs.<br /><br />Laundry Facility: Coin operated washer/dryer on second floor within the building.<br /><br />Garbage: Please use trash container near the building entrance. Do Not leave Outside the<br />room door as that has a charge.<br /><br />Liability & ResortFee: You are liable to depart on time, without a huge mess, not allow anything to be broken, lost or stolen, nor cause disturbance or damage on Resort property; and we reserve the right to charge your card on file with the front desk if we, or Resort suffer a loss because of any of these. <br /><br />The Resort/Club Fee is currently $55 per night, per unit, plus tax, and is now included in my<br />charges.
