The private lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching Kona’s beautiful sunsets over the fairway and bay. <br /> <br />The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ceiling fans throughout for comfort. <br /> <br />Please note: this unit does not have air conditioning. <br /> <br />Community amenities include three swimming pools, two spas, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and community BBQ areas. <br /> <br />Keauhou Bay is just minutes away and is the launch point for ocean tours and the famous manta ray night snorkel. Kahaluʻu Beach Park, one of Kona’s best snorkeling spots, is also nearby. Shops, dining, and services are available in nearby Keauhou, with downtown Kona just a short drive away. <br /> <br />Our concierge team is available to help arrange island activities, tours, and dining reservations during your stay. <br /> <br />Construction Notice: Beginning in August 2025 and expected to continue through 2027, the complex is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance. Guests may experience intermittent construction activity, occasional noise, and temporary access restrictions in certain areas during work hours. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these necessary improvements.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. <br /> <br />We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
