The clubhouse houses a pool, hot tub, & BBQs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />CONSTRUCTION NOTICE<br />Please be aware there will be an active construction project at our condo complex in 2026. There will be roof replacement work on other buildings in the complex (ours is complete) on weekdays from January through April/May and other work on building exteriors through the fall. <br /><br />TAXES<br />Please note there are mandatory Hawaii G.E.T. & T.A.T. taxes of 14.750% and County of Kauai TAT tax of 3%, making a combined total of 17.75% .
