Incredible air-flow and mold-free due to our habitual healthy habits and attention. Ocean, harbor, and mountain views. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Kitchen & bathroom toiletries included. Washer/dryer. Beach toys, chairs, and snorkels.<br /><br />Organic latex mattresses, stainless steel cookware, Wifi on demand router goes off when not in use allowing for complete relaxation and sleep. Kitchen cold tap uses state of the art filtraton. <br /><br />Steps away to beautiful Kalapaki Bay's warm sandy beach, shopping, and several casual and upscale restaurants.<br /><br />This is our second home and my background in healthy building has enabled us to create a super clean and non toxic space all things environmentally healing. Parking permits/keys will be issued for parking spaces thru the Banyan Harbor upon check-in ($20 fee to them). Do not park in unit carport!<br />No hidden taxes/fees. 1 wk+ stays=additional wkly $75 cleaning fee. Inquire for details.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Although the property is suitable and safe for any age, we only allow renters with children over 6 years old. Conversation required to confirm booking.<br />Two renters in the last 4 years during the hottest time of the year said the AC was not sufficient but they had the AC on energy saver mode when I checked.
