This condo sits above Kalapaki Bay with stunning views of the ocean and harbor. You can watch the surf from your lanais! This spot is ideal! It is a large end unit with 3 lanais and is close to the pool, barbeques, and athletic courts with pickleball and tennis. It's a short walk to Kalapaki Beach with swimming, surfing, paddling and restaurants and shops. You will be near Costco and Safeway. It is centrally located so you can enjoy the rest of the island easily.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condo is two stories. The downstairs has 2 lanais, a living room and dining room area, a kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher), and a half bathroom. The two bedrooms are upstairs, both with A/C, and both have new, queen-sized Posturepedic mattresses. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a dryer. <br /><br />** 6/1/2026: The washer is broken at this time, and we have ordered another one that is not on island yet. **<br /><br />The floors are hard wood. The primary bedroom has the best views of Kalapaki Beach from its private lanai. <br /><br />Next to the condo you can enjoy a beautifully resurfaced saltwater pool and barbeque area. There is also a newly renovated pickleball/tennis/basketball court along with shuffleboard.<br /><br />Kalapaki Bay is a short walk across the street from the condo. Kalapaki is known for paddle boarding, body boarding, surfing, swimming, outrigger canoeing, or just as a place to relax on the beautiful sandy beach. There are a couple of places to rent beach chairs, umbrales and boards, and a place for surf lessons, kayaks, outrigger canoes, etc. <br /><br />There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.<br /><br />Please note: the condo is located across the street from a park and the main harbor which may occasionally be noisy. We do provide ear plugs just in case they are needed.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire condo is yours! You can access the pool and barbeque areas with your key. There is a second BBQ area near the bottom of the hill by Bldg. A. The newly paved tennis/pickleball/basketball courts can be reserved, along with rackets and balls, for free, at the front desk. Shuffle board is also available.<br /><br />There is an extremely large and historic Banyan Tree on the property near Bldg. F which is a must see!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Per Banyan Harbor Resort, there are absolutely NO pets allowed on its property, unless your animal is a service animal. If you have a service animal, you need to notify me so I am aware of it. Also, its license as being a service animal must be shown at check-in to those at the Banyan Harbor front desk office where you pick-up your keys.
