The master bathroom has a shower next to it. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and has a bathroom with a tub also in the hall just outside from the door. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. There is also a queen bed on one side of the living room with curtains for privacy and there is a desk there. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the house allow for ample natural light and tropical tradewinds to fill the home. High ceilings feature exposed beam with cieling fans are throughtout the house. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the main living area.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />GATE ENTRY <br />KEYPAD ON LEFT <br /> <br />GATE EXIT <br />To open gate while on the property;<br /><br />On the right side of the driveway, on the way out, KEYPAD near the trashcan on the right. <br /><br />Use the the same Code to open the gate.<br /><br />There is no pedestrian gate. <br /><br />We use the car gate to go in and out if we’re walking or biking, otherwise the gate opens automatically when driving the car out.<br /><br />Whats special about the location of the house is the tropical backyard. It’s totally private and looks out into conservation land . The lanai is 50' by 10' wide and has outdoor sofa chairs and a dining table for up to 6 people and a BBQ. There is a private outdoor tub on the deck and hot and cold outdoor shower in the garden area. <br /><br />Please do not enter the conservation lands behind the backyard. They are private and government owned. Occasional horses, cows, and donkeys will graze there as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The house comes fully equipped with beach gear including a beach cart with balloon tires, 2 new bicycles. 2 not so new bikes, 2 boogie boards, 2 eight foot soft top surfboards.<br /><br /> The outdoor plastic shed holds 4 life preservers. 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, 4 sets of masks-fins-snorkels, and 2 sets of hiking poles. (there are extra backpacks and water bottles in the house.)<br />Honda Generator available in shed next to outdoor shower. Lock code 7491 . Pull it out on wood ramp, connect yellow 220 plug handing under lanai. Push button start. Flip right side main circuit breaker in guest bedroom behind door.<br />Sometimes the water heater shuts off.
