The other deck is on the side of the house and has an ocean view. We cannot accommodate 2 adults and a child.<br /><br />- The pool area is restricted to paying guests. <br /><br />- Hawaii has a tropical environment and therefore has bugs. We continually treat pests as do hotels and condos in Hawaii. However, these pests occasionally enter regardless of our efforts. They fly in and they attach to objects brought into rental units. We cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any bugs or insects during your stay. We will not refund any rental funds based on pest complaints.<br /><br />- We have never had a security problem.
