It does not record video or audio.<br /><br />★ LAUNDRY FACILITY: Paid washers and dryers are located on the same floor and also on every floor. Washers and dryers, including detergent vending machines, accept credit card payments (App) and quarters. The condo association does not allow a washer & dryer installed within the condo unit.<br /><br />★ PARTY/GROUP/EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party or group event, do not book this suite. <br /><br />★ DISCLAIMERS ★<br />✔ Privately owned suites do not have access to front desk services or daily cleanings. This suite is independently owned and managed <br />✔ Sorry the building does not provide surfboard storage and does not allow surfboards into the elevators. Bodyboards bikes and skateboards are allowed. <br />✔ There's no dishwasher in this unit (very common in Hawaii) but I have all the tools for easy hand-washing <br />✔ We advise our travelers to accept the Airbnb Travel Insurance which is being offered together when you book your accommodation. Can also go to Travel Insurance dot com to get a quote.<br />✔ NO MAIL SERVICE: No mail delivery. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail and packages.
