Also, if you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: this automatic system is set up by the HOA to conserve energy.<br /><br />Aloha! We are the new private owners of Maui Eldorado A-207, a second floor centrally air-conditioned studio spacious for up to two guests with a cozy private corner lanai that allows you to view the prestigious Royal Ka'anapali North Golf Course from inside the condo and a gorgeous Partial Ocean View outside from the lanai. We have newly painted, decorated, and supplied our home away from home in paradise, the heart of Ka'anapali. We are very excited to share our “gem” with you! There are three pools on site as well as one jacuzzi. Enjoy the heated mosaic dolphin swimming pool being only a few steps away from the front door. Also, there are numerous gas BBQ grills with the most convenient one being right next to the dolphin pool. Cook and swim at the same time! Snorkel with the Turtles at the World Famous Black Rock Beach that is only a short walk away located on the pristine Ka'anapali Beach. Shop and dine at the Whalers’ Village either by arriving by a free trolley or taking a ten minute leisurely stroll alongside the golf course.
