Note: The backyard garden has a downward slope.<br /><br />• Nearby golf course: Just a 10-minute walk from the house near the guard shack.<br /><br />• Makaha Beach: Only a short 5-minute drive away!<br /><br />• Seasonal decor updates: We update decorations for holidays and seasons to make your stay feel even more festive.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Easy self-check-in via a smart lock, with a code that we will provide a few days before check-in!<br /><br />Guests have access to the entire house and private backyard, except for one closet in the upstairs master bedroom and one kitchen cabinet.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />• Security Gate Check-in<br />Upon arrival, the security gate guard will issue a temporary pass for the duration of your stay upon presentation of a valid ID, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance (required for each car and its driver in your party). However, our gated community offers additional security for your peace of mind.<br /><br />• Legal Short-Term Rental<br />Our home is legally available for short-term rentals in full compliance with Oahu's strict regulations, ensuring a unique and fully legal stay.<br /><br />• Tax Information<br />A total of 18.712% in taxes will be collected, which will be forwarded to the Hawaii state and Oahu county.
