We have been renovating from top to bottom with 2 new Ductless Split AC systems that are very quiet, ceiling fans, new reclining couch, new dining table, new appliances, and upper cabinets in July 2024. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, it’s perfect for 2 people. Sorry but we do not allow pets or children.<br />Our goal is a clean and comfortable condo to make your stay feel like you’re at home in our home. <br />Got a hitch in your giddy up? HK Unit #102 is on the ground floor which makes coming and going easy with no steps, and free parking that is just outside your door. There is an outdoor shower nearby to wash the sand off when coming home from the beach.<br />The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the necessary dishware, glassware, silverware and utensils, cookware, coffee maker, power blender, toaster, electric tea kettle and all that you will need. We provide coffe, sugar, spices, oil and some condiments. <br />When it’s time to head to the beach, you are equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers/ice packs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach bag, beach mat and even plastic containers and zip lock baggies to carry lunch in!<br />Hale Kamaole is a very nice complex with nicely manicured landscape and 2 swimming pools with shade, loungers, shower and bathrooms, tennis/pickle ball court, gas BBQs and expansive lawn with views of the ocean.<br />Some comforts of home include a new front load washer and dryer for those who pack light allowing for more room in your suitcase for those souvenirs! We do provide quality linens (we swap out every 6 months or less), towels, beach towels and laundry detergent. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and TP are provided to get you started on your vacation. <br />Kihei is a laid-back beach town and Kamaole III Beach is just a minute's walk across the street. You'll find a fantastic beach, park-like lawn to kick back and watch the most beautiful sunsets and whales breach in whale season. With easy water access for snorkeling and turtles right out front and boogie boarding to the right side of the beach.<br />Come enjoy relaxation on the lanai with your morning cup or grab a beach chair and your drink for a Maui sunset just across the street. <br />Our property is individually owned, uniquely decorated, and meticulously cared for. Some of our large artwork prints are from a local artists from Maui along with our own photography from our trips to Maui.<br />Within a few minutes’ drive there are more than a dozen beautiful beaches to choose from in the Kihei, Wailea and Makena area offering a variety of activities like lounging, swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Boat tours, world class golf course and a variety of other activities all within minutes of our condo. The best part is the easy access and less crowds. <br />Feel like a Shave Ice? Just 2 blocks, (or just an 8-minute walk) to town, you will find lots of shops, bakery and delicious fine and casual dining. Our guest book includes additional information and points of interests to adventure for example go up country to Kula Country Farms where you can pick fresh strawberries or pumkins in the fall, fresh produce, farm animals and beautiful views.<br />We are very close to The Shops at Wailea for an unbeatable experience of shopping, free Polynesian shows and other entertainment in the courtyard. There are nice restaurants and free Lei making classes, wood carving, coconut husking etc. The island Gourmet market has freshly made food daily you can pick up on your way to a beach.<br />we have Smart TVs and cable TV, high speed internet, 24 hr. Security patrol. <br />Our sliding lanai door is a hurricane door which helps to buffer any sounds, you’ll mostly hear birds over any traffic which is just a 2-lane light traffic road.
