Beautiful Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay! <br />We're an outstanding value priced condo on 840 acres of landscaped gated grounds, the only tropical resort on Oahu's tranquil and iconic North Shore!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Enjoy our one-bedroom condo with a Full Kitchen and 2 full bathrooms on the golf course. Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, with its own full bathroom. The living room has a queen-size Murphy Bed with closet and drawers and a full bathroom all its own!<br /><br />The Condo has a full-size fridge and stove with all the appliances/cookware to make your own meals and save money. Unlike many condos at Turtle Bay who only provide A/C in the bedroom, we have it throughout! We also have a dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, 2 cable TVs, high speed wired/wireless internet. The complex is a 10-minute stroll to miles of pristine white sand beaches to swim and watch incredible sunsets. Our resort has two heated pools with barbeques and tennis courts. <br /><br />Just a two-minute drive away is the Turtle Bay Hotel where you can book trips to waterfalls, tours, surf lessons, kayaks, luaus, rent bikes or get an oceanside massage. They welcome our guests to their indoor and outdoor restaurants. For an additional fee, you can use their gym facilities and take fitness and yoga classes. Also, walking distance from the condo is a horse-riding stable with ocean and trail riding available.<br /><br />We're a short drive to other famous N. Shore Beaches, the Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay, Historic Haleiwa town, and the Polynesian Cultural Center. In nearby historic Haleiwa Town, you’ll find more great restaurants, shops and galleries. Also, more equipment rentals, lessons, and activities. <br /><br />We provide two beach chairs and a cooler, but we typically have boogie boards, swim fins/masks and beach toys left by previous guests. Overnight guests not registered is considered a violation of this Rental Agreement and subject to cancellation of the reservation with no refunds for unused days. <br /><br />NO PARTIES: If a party develops, you will be asked to leave without refund for unused nights. A party constitutes more than 1 guest per renter after 10pm.<br /><br />AIR CONDITIONERS/CEILING FANS/LIGHTS: You agree to turn off BOTH Air Conditioners, Both ceiling fans and lights when you leave the condo. <br /><br />PARKING: 1 parking space is provided in stall #105. If you have visitors, their vehicle must display a dashboard guest parking pass issued from Security parked in guest parking to avoid towing.<br /><br />GRILLING: Use of charcoal grills is not allowed anywhere except at the two large poolside <br /><br />BBQ’s. If you want to grill at the either of the two pools, you need to purchase charcoal and lighter fluid. <br /><br />SWIMMING POOLS: All guests use the pool at their own risk. Pools are open from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. Only registered guests are allowed to use the two pools at Kuilima Estates, NOT friends of guests. <br /><br />REPAIRS: We can’t guarantee all appliances are working at all times. If you find a problem, we’re not aware of, we’ll do our best to make repairs soonest. There’s no refunds in the event of their failure. We may enter the condo during reasonable hours for repairs, unit care or maintenance. <br /><br />DAMAGES: You are responsible for damages to the condo and its contents. Please notify us if you discover any items that are damaged upon your arrival, that we may have overlooked. <br /><br />GATE FOB: There will be a charge of $80.00 for lost gate fobs. <br /><br />SUPPLIES The condo has a supply of at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and liquid soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, shampoo, a roll of paper towels, new sponge, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and laundry soap. If you run out, you purchase additional supplies. <br /><br />ENVIRONMENT: We are a tropical environment and no amount of spraying can eliminate all insects, including ants and cockroaches and we do our best to keep them at bay. Occasionally a few will make it inside.
