Unit is ground level with no steps on a flat street section (this is VERY rare for San Francisco). Perfect for elderly visitors!<br /><br />Bedroom has a super-comfy BRAND-NEW queen-size bed.<br /><br />Living room is huge and has a KING convertible sofa from Room & Board (very, very comfy). 65" Samsung TV and beautiful, open backyard view with private access and huge green space. <br /><br />Brand new open kitchen has all amenities for cooking, or just enjoy takeout from all the amazing SF eateries nearby.<br /><br />Bathroom has a modern tub/shower and a Toto "bidet" toilet (you will never tolerate a normal toilet again!)<br /><br />Heating is radiant heat (silent) with Nest thermostat. Hot water is on-demand and environmentally friendly. Oh, two Amazon Alexas if you need them!<br /><br />Space is perfect for family (extra space in backyard and patio), business travelers (fiber internet with FAST speed everywhere) and folks worried about climbing stairs!<br /><br />Please note that the host family is upstairs and like in any San Francisco Victorian, you must be a considerate guest and comfortable with footsteps and normal sounds.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The apartment is all yours!<br /><br />Private, gated entrance is street level (no stairs!). Find that in San Francisco!<br /><br />The host has a separate entrance and is usually upstairs if any needs arise.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This unit was first listed in 2024, but our "main" house upstairs has been listed for a long time with 5* reviews.
