Resort access is purchased through Hotel<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Resort Access to the Four Seasons is a separate charge. Guests do not have to sign up with the resort to stay at this property. Daily rates, resort charges and amenity fees are paid directly to the resort. If you choose to register for resort access there is a two day minimum and days must be consecutive. Daily resort rates are per person, per day plus tax. Children ages (5-13) are also per child, per day plus tax. Children 4 and under are complimentary. Resort rates vary depending on the season. <br />During certain times of the year, there is also a renters policy in effect at the resort. Pool deck chairs and chaise lounges are reserved for resort guests. There are chairs available for rental guests on the lawns and beach chaise’s available with full service. All pool deck chairs are available after 3:00 pm. Kings Pond pool deck and beach chairs are available anytime.
