We are located just down the street (.6 miles to be exact) from Heavenly Ski Resort for Winter skiing and are 1.6 miles to Lakeside beach & Ski Run Marina for Summer fun at the lake! Looking for nightlife? We are 1.4 miles to the Casinos at Stateline. From certain spots on the couch you can even see the lake! Our open concept living room is a great spot to watch morning cartoons as your family members wake up or pop in a movie after a day on the slopes. It's a light, bright and comfortable spot for the whole family.<br /><br />🍽️ Kitchen<br />One of the best spots in our home is our fully remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. It's a great gathering place for the family after a long day in the mountain sun. Cook up your favorite family recipe while your kids play cards by the fire. <br /><br />⛰️ Get Outside<br />Our cozy deck off the living room has lake views! We are just high enough to see the lake without being too far from it. We have an outdoor dining table that seats 6 plus additional seating on a large built in bench. We have a gas BBQ for grilling on a warm Summer day and we do provide propane!<br /><br />✏️ Please Note<br />• We are permitted for up to 8 adults max plus kids under 13.<br />• The loft is not considered a sleeping area and therefore the bed is not made up for guests. We are NOT liable for any injuries resulting from the use of the ladder or loft. <br />• The HOA pool and hot tub are subject to seasonality HOA availability. <br />• Our BBQ is not serviced during the Winter.<br />• We are permitted for up to 2 cars max. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park both cars on the driveway/carport. <br />• Our home is non-smoking.<br />• Our home is NOT pet friendly.<br />• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours.<br />• Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans. <br />• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement.<br />• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you! :)<br />♡ Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to our entire home with the exception of a few locked closets for owner storage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />👮🏻♂️ Local Rental Laws<br />We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. We have exterior security cameras and are friends with our neighbors. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home.
