Unwind in Princeville at this lovely hotel suite! Enjoy the modern comforts of this remodeled unit with A/C, a comfortable king-sized bed, 50" TV, sofa with a queen-sized pull-out bed, and a private lanai with a beautiful view of the north Kauai Mountains made famous by the movie "South Pacific". The Resort offers a lagoon pool surrounded by serene waterfalls, a grotto with a spa, amazing views of the ocean, tennis and pickle ball courts. The resort also has access to Pu'u Poa Beach.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This unit is centrally located on the second floor of the HALA building of Hanalei Bay Resort. It has been completed been remodeled. There is 1 large room with a small refrigerator with freezer and small closet. Please note there are no food cooking devices allowed in this unit due to code restrictions. Aside from the King Bed, there is a queen sleeper couch that could sleep 2. There is a small private patio with a partial mountain/resort view. The bathroom is a shower no tub. <br /><br />The condo is very close to the resort coin op laundry room in case you would like to do any laundry during your stay. Many guests use the resort's community bbq/cooking area however I do not provide cooking ware and ask that all dishes are done at the community area and not in the unit.<br /><br />The actual resort of Hanalei Bay is filled with lush rich landscaping, amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and Hanalei Bay. The pool is beautiful with a grotto and very large hot tub. There are 2 restaurants on the site as well "Happy Talk Lounge" and Wiki Pizza. Both are excellent options and provide majestic views. There are also multiple tennis and pickle ball courts. As well as access to Pu'u Poa Beach (shared with '1 Hotel' next door).<br /><br />OTHER FEES!- Upon Check-in, the resort charges other fees not charged by me through Air BnB. Please see "Other details to note" for more information.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the full resort as well as their condo. There is a community bbq/kitchen available to everyone. As well as a community office area and gym. The resort offers pool towels to the guests as well. There are paid parking spaces available on the resort grounds however there is no parking available directly outside the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a resort with a 24 hour front desk. Please note that the resort charges guests extra fees that are not charged by AirBnB. These fees consist of a daily resort fee of $25, which includes resort wide wifi, pool towels and more (this is a mandatory fee). There is also a one time $50 check-in Fee Charged by the resort as well. Parking is available at the resort as well, they charge $20 a day for parking.
