If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens. <br /><br />2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs. <br /><br />3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay. <br /><br />4.
