This 1-bedroom corner unit is located in the heart of Waikiki at the Pacific Monarch hotel, conveniently within a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach. The space has been luxuriously renovated, features a beautiful Waikiki city view, a large lanai, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is fully closed and separated from the living space, offering added comfort and privacy.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You can expect to come home to a king-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a luxurious spa bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with all your basic cooking utensils and dinnerware. Tired from shopping or a day hiking? Rest at home by enjoying an iced coffee on the breezy lanai or Netflix and chill with one of the two 55" 4K TVs.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to all building amenities:<br /><br />Rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna with panoramic ocean view<br />Rooftop lounge with panoramic view of Diamond Head<br />Coin-operated laundry facilities on site and dry cleaning at extra charge.<br /><br />PARKING<br />Paid parking is available in the building for $35/day with in/out privileges.<br /><br />Please note the height clearance for the parking garage is 6 feet and will not fit some full size SUVs or pick up trucks.<br /><br />Please also be advised that the parking lot is privately managed by an external company (not the Pacific Monarch Hotel), so we will not be held liable for any parking issues of any kind during the stay. We will however do our best to assist in case of issues.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />1. Our check in and out times are generally strict. Our housekeeping calendar is usually full and while we try our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, if you'd like to check in before 11am and/or check out later than 3pm, please book the extra night to ensure we can accommodate it. For other early check-ins or late check out requests, please contact us when you book and we can try our best to accommodate.<br /><br />Please also note that where late check outs have not been approved in advance, there is a grace period of 15 mins on the check out time. Check outs later than 11:15am will incur a late check out fee of $35 and check outs later than 11:30am will incur a late check out fee of $120.<br /><br />2. Baggage storage at the front desk is available for $10/bag or $15/bag for overnight storage.<br /><br />3.. Some street noise must be tolerated when the windows are open as you are in the heart of Waikiki!<br />---<br />Please note that the building provides monthly pest control services for all residential units in partnership with Ecolab, scheduled for the last Monday of each month. Below are the upcoming dates: 8/18, 9/29, 10/27, 11/24, 12/22. Please be aware that these dates are subject to change.<br /><br />During the treatment, an odorless, non-toxic spray is applied to the baseboards within each unit. This process typically takes about 3 minutes, and a pest control technician, accompanied by a Pacific Monarch employee, will carry out the procedure in each unit. Participation from all units is expected to prevent infestations that may affect others. The service typically commences at 12 NN. Before entering a unit, personnel will knock on the door and only proceed if greeted or once they confirm the unit is empty.<br /><br />If you will not be present during the treatment, we kindly ask that you secure any valuable items and ensure your space is clean and tidy.
