Most guests find this manageable, but sound-sensitive travelers should be aware.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have full private access to the 3-bedroom suite. Check-in is completed in the hotel lobby with the receptionist; once you receive your keys/access cards, you can use the elevators to reach the private residence floor and enter through the frosted “Private Residence” doors. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive use of the suite’s kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathroom, while shared spaces such as the lobby, hallways and elevators are used by other hotel guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note this is a privately owned residence within the Luana Hotel, not a traditional hotel room. Check-in is handled by the hotel receptionist in the lobby, but day-to-day questions and support are managed by us through the app. The suite sleeps up to 6 registered guests only. Quiet hours and building rules must be respected at all times.
