There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway.<br />• Our home is non-smoking.<br />• Our home is NOT pet friendly.<br />• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours.<br />• Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans. <br />• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement.<br />• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you! :)<br />• The Jukebox at our home is decor only and is non-operational.<br />♡ Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />👮🏻♂️ Local Rental Laws<br />We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local vacation rental ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. We have exterior security cameras and are friends with our neighbors. We reserve the right to charge guests and in rare cases ask guests to leave our home and forfeit their reservation if the local laws are not being followed. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)<br /><br />🐶 Pet Policy<br />• We welcome responsible pet owners and up to 2 well behaved dogs.<br />• Please add the # of pets you are bringing to the reservation so the pet fee can be added.<br />• Dogs must be potty trained so no puppies or pee pads please. <br />• Pet owners must pick up dog poop before checking out. <br />• Pets must be kept off furniture & bedding.
