Each bedroom has its own towels, and two robes for guests to use. There are shower shoes on the back porch for guests to use to go to the hot tub.<br /><br />French doors from the kitchen open onto a deck with a dining table and hanging chair. There is a bar-b-q, propane fire table, and hot tub in the back yard, and also a ping pong table and corn hole available for play in the side yard.<br /><br />The house is situated in an urban, residential, El Cerrito neighborhood, within easy walking distance of El Cerrito Plaza (TJs, Lucky's and a variety of chain restaurants), and the BART station. Nearby Solano Avenue offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants, and Berkeley's "Gourmet Ghetto" (including the famed Chez Panisse), is just a few miles away.<br /><br />Just a couple of miles from UC Berkeley, the house and location are also an ideal jumping off point for day trips to San Francisco, Mt. Tamalpais, Muir Woods, Fort Funston, Rodeo, Tennessee and other beaches, Angel Island, Alcatraz and all sorts of other fabulous Bay Area offerings, and also Napa and Solano county wineries.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The house and garden are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay! It is cleaned thoroughly, and a robo vac runs daily, but if you are highly allergic to dogs, this may not be the space for you.<br /><br />If you bring your dog(s) or other pet(s) onto the property, you are responsible for all aspects of pet clean up and damage mitigation.
