The condo is split level, meaning there are 3 flights of stairs from bottom to top. Enter through your own, private carport area. The laundry room is at carport level and convenient storage for beach toys. There is a flight of stairs to the living area. <br /><br />The living room has a queen size comfortable SOFA BED perfect for 2 guests. A twin size AIR MATTRESS is available for any guest. <br /><br />A half bath is conveniently located next to the kitchen. <br /><br />Another set of stairs brings you to the upstairs, spacious bedroom loft with private master bath. YES, we have A/C.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Park in your own private, covered carport and walk up to the charm of the Hoonani townhouse with a coded private entrance.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are located across from the Royal Kona Resort, which offers free Hawaiian music and walk up bar- and the rooms are 3x the price of the Ho’onani suite! <br /><br />Ours is a quiet and peaceful retreat. You may not host outside quests. Children must be supervised at the pool area with an adult companion.
