After a long day at the beach rinse off under the rainfall shower with invigorating water pressure, then wrap yourself in an oversized bath towel. Enjoy meals and cocktails inside at the dining table and eat-in island, or move outside to the bistro table under the covered lanai. Add music by playing directly from your phone to the TV. The bedroom offers a queen Tempurpedic bed, enough pillows to get lost, a large dresser, spacious closet system, tv, A/C and dimmable sconces with charging ports for your added convenience. For additional guests the living room boasts A/C and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Coffee lovers we've got you covered...pre-program the cafe coffee maker to wake you up or use the electric kettle and pour over carafe for the connoisseur. <br /> This unit may be the most private unit in the entire complex, backing up to the 17th fairway with immediate access to walking and biking paths. We have provided everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest....Welcome to Honu Hideout and get ready to live your best life!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once inside the gate to Kuilima, Hideout guests have unfettered access to this private unit and all complex amenities, including: Reserved parking, private lanai, and the Kuilima Pool, BBQ, and Tennis Courts. Guests will also be able to walk to the golf course clubhouse, Restaurants, and Turtle Bay resort, stables and numerous beaches directly from the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please keep in mind that while we maintain high standards of cleanliness, Hawaii is a tropical climate and it is not unusual for bugs to visit on occasion. <br />To mitigate this as much as possible we ask that you please clean up after meals and remove rubbish from unit nightly.<br /><br /> Our guests will be able to enjoy Turtle Bay Resort and its amenities EXCEPT the pool, hot tub and fitness center. Accessible amenities include: The amazing coffee shop, boutiques, restaurants, bars, live music, beaches and miles of manicured walking and biking paths. Guests will also be able to experience turtle bay exercise classes and spa, surf rentals and lessons, golfing, horseback rides, helicopter rides and more for additional fees.<br /><br />If a later check-out time is needed, and there are no other guests arriving on the day of your check-out let us know, we may be able to accommodate your request. Unapproved late check-out will result in an hourly charge of $75 per hour. In the event that a guest does not check-out by 11am, the guest will be requested to pay for each additional hour (after 11am) to cover the cost of unexpected delays for the cleaning crew to prepare the unit in time for the next guests. If the guest has not checked out by 1pm, the cost of an additional night stay may be charged to the guest.
