Our Cliffs Resort Condo is a second-floor expansive studio with a complete kitchen, dining space, and patio.<br /><br />The Cliffs is nestled on a secluded bluff overlooking the Majestic North Shore of Kauai. The unit is steps away from on-site amenities which are included in the rental. Waterfall Swimming pools, 2 Hot Tubs - one adults only, Putting Green, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Shuffleboard, Fitness Room and on-site bike rentals. Grill out & lounge in the chairs along the ocean’s edge.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This beautiful suite is located on Kauai’s romantic North shore. The Cliffs is known for its many on-site amenities, including a resort swimming pool, spa for adults, tennis courts, On-site bike rentals, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, and a putting green with sand trap. The condo is well appointed with designed living including both dining inside & on the private lanai. Comfortable furnishings including a full kitchen, flat-screen tv, shared washer & dryer, and reliable wifi make for a nice space to relax after an adventurous day. Beyond the living area is your own lanai area with a lush jungle view to have morning coffee and evening wine. Queen bedding and soft linens envelop you after enjoying a day outdoors snorkeling, swimming, beachcombing, surfing and hiking Kauai’s North shore. The suite comes equipped with a full kitchen, if guests wish to grill, they can use one of the many the common barbecue areas.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Relax and Enjoy your own Private Lanai. Cook in your fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to The Cliffs on-site amenities.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE:<br />WASHER & DRYER: The washer & dryer are SHARED with the studio next door in the adjoining hallway.<br /><br />PARKING FEE: The Cliffs charges a $15 per day parking fee to guests with a car ($15.71 per day including tax). The parking fee is paid directly to The Cliffs at the reception desk upon arrival.<br /><br />NO AIR CONDITIONING<br /><br />EARLY CHECK-IN: Normal check-in time is 4 pm. If the date is available, for an additional $150, an 11 am check-in can be purchased. If the date is available, for an additional $150, a 4 pm check-out can be purchased.
