Let the sound of rushing waters lull you to sleep in this tropical oasis.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home is located in the prestigious Princeville Resort Community on Kauai's spectacular North Shore. The home is nestled in one of the most secluded lots in the Queens Bath neighborhood. <br /><br />You are just minutes away from world class golf, world class beaches and world class surfing as well as unforgettable scenery. The entrance to the queens bath walkway is just 7 house to the west of our home. <br /><br />The house is situated in a green belt surrounded by nature and features a lovely stream with your own private waterfall. Our property is the only home in Princeville with its own waterfall. There is a paved pathway leading down to a secrete garden with oriental style bridges. <br /><br />The sounds of the rushing water will sooth you to sleep. If your looking for a Kauai escape this has it all, it is truly a one of a kind spot. <br /><br />The Space<br /><br />Our spacious guest suite is located on a private wing off our main home. The living area features tradition Hawaii rattan furniture and a comfortable queen bed with plush linens and a pillow top mattress. <br /><br />The kitchenette is outfitted with a mini fridge (no freezer), coffee maker, hot plate, toaster, rice cooker, blender, microwave oven as well as a toaster oven. The breakfast counter is fitted with stools for indoor dinning.<br /><br />The tiled bathroom features a walk in shower and beautiful quartz vanity.<br /><br />The guest suite also has a large outdoor covered lanai with a separate sitting area as well as a dinning table. Our outdoor deck is an amazing spot for enjoying a quiet evening or basking in the morning sunrise while you sip your coffee.<br /><br />Four your convince we provide our guest with beach chairs, beech towels, beech umbrellas, yoga matts, snorkel gear, boogie boards, a stand up paddle board, a selection of surf boards as well as bicycles and a barbecue.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The guest suite is situated on the west wing of the home next to the carport and garage. We have a laundry room that is available upon request. The Laundry room has a separate entrance next to suite. Please contact us if you would like to use the facility. <br /><br />You are more than welcome to walk about the property and enjoy the secrete garden. Be advised that the paved walkway is quite steep and may require extra effort in the way back up. <br /><br />Greg or I may be present on property as we are active in keeping up the place.
