Picture yourself unwinding after a day of adventure at the nearby community beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the gentle waves. As evening falls, fire up the BBQ for a delightful cookout under the stars, creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. Afterward, dive into the soothing hot tub, letting all your cares melt away, while WCPM ensures every moment of your stay is exceptional. Gather around the pool table with friends and family, sharing laughter and friendly competition.<br /><br />There is no AC in this house, and no garage.<br /><br /><br />NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all!<br />*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older. <br />*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.<br />*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. <br />*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.<br />* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.<br />*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. <br />*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
