They are only about a 2-minute walk from the condo.<br /><br />Located about 2 miles, 2 stop lights, Casinos, Convention center, Golf & skiing.<br /><br />THE EXPANDED VIEW OF THE PICTURES TELL EVERYTHING THE BEST.<br /><br />Permit No. DSTR1134P<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />1st floor – <br /> Only 2 steps down on the way to the front door, not a zillion that most have. <br /><br /> 1st bedroom -Twin beds and a pullout sleeper and in suite bathroom. <br /> 2nd bedroom -King size bed and in suite bathroom. <br /> Clothes washer and dryer on this floor. <br /><br />2nd floor – <br /> Dining room, kitchen, ½ bathroom, living room & BBQ deck. <br /><br />3rd floor – <br /> Queen size bed, Desk, in suite bathroom. <br /> Outdoor Deck with a pretty good mountain view and a little lake view. <br /><br />All the rooms have ROKU tv. Bring your Netflix etc. with you. <br />A starter kit of supplies -toilet paper, soap’s, assortment of spices, & first morning coffee. <br />The Safeway is a mile from here or Costco before you start up the mountain. <br /><br />REQUIRED INFO – <br />1- 25 is the minimum age to rent a STR per Douglas County. <br />2- Events, Bachelor/bachelorette , parties are not allowed. <br />3- NO SMOKING.<br />4- No pets.<br />5- Max occupancy 7. Day and night.<br />6- Max 2 vehicles. Get a Lake Village Parking sticker for your car at the office AND a Douglas County permit for your dash. (Subject to a $500 fine).<br />7- Trash has to be bagged and put in the bear proof bin.<br />8- Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.<br />9- We are required by the county to obtain a copy of your drivers license and a signed form that you and your guests understand and agree to the above. <br /><br />This is required for All Short Term Rental properties in Douglas county.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The front door code for the entire house will be sent to you.
