Maximum Occupancy 10 people (gatherings that exceed the max occupancy are prohibited); events are strictly prohibited; quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am will be strictly enforced; max allowed 4 vehicles- renters will be issued parking placards which must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, park only in designated parking areas, failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.<br /><br />Driving conditions in the winter - all wheel drive or 4x4 is always recommended. Please make sure to check the weather forecast, if it snows tire chains or 4x4 will be required to access the home due to the hilly neighborhood we are located in.
