Conveniently located within minutes from the Sacramento Airport and Amtrak! From the feeling of home to a dip in the pool we aim to bring serenity in every way possible. Relax with friends or the whole family at The Serene Oasis!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />GUESTS<br /><br />In this beautiful remodeled older home we have 3 beds (2 full comfortable mattresses & 1 spacious queen in the primary room) and two bathrooms that can host a max of 6 people staying over. Our new white marble inviting dining room table is perfect for special intimate occasions or just a jic place to wake up in the morning to sit and eat breakfast.<br /><br />Smart TVs are provided in each bedroom as well as the living room that is complimented with a cozy couch. An expansive kitchen with marvel countertops with cooking appliances, basic spices and utensils (amount for guest total amount and double). With a beautiful propane fire pit you can enjoy outside by the pool at night with a private lit backyard along with optional outdoor blankets for the night. A pool light is optional to turn on for extra light. Multiple seating areas outside make for a relaxing day outside with friends or loved ones. <br /><br />ACCESSIBILITY <br /><br />One story with minimal steps for any mobility issues. Amble storage for any walkers or wheelchair especially in the primary room. If need to fit wheelchair in bathroom please provide measurement so we can check beforehand for you! <br /><br />NEIGHBORHOOD<br /><br />The neighborhood is filled with families, some of which that have been here for decades. The livelihood of the neighborhood is coupled with its bird chirping peaceful noises. Blocks away are a fire station and police station but seldom sirens are heard. The kids love fireworks to celebrate holidays not just on Fourth of July so occasional shows sparingly occur. <br /><br />ADD ONS<br /><br />For a full campfire night experience ask about our s’mores add on package delivered straight to you!<br /><br />EXTRA DETAILS<br /><br />The pool is beautiful to enjoy during warmer weather but usually not operated October - April.<br /><br /><br />~ We are excited to provide a home away from home as we continue to remodel and convert the full vision of Serene Oasis. The getaway for a peace of mind and a piece of home 😊<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Access will be the front door with a key-less entrance for increased comfort of vacation stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The pool is professionally cleaned & maintained weekly.<br /><br />The pool is not heated.<br /><br />There is a net on the side of the pool to use to clean the top of any debris or leaves. West Sacramento can get windy right after a clean.<br /><br />This is a family neighborhood that has been around for over 10years. We are blocks away from the fire department, police department and earshot from Sutter Park where the A’s play. 1.7miles from downtown. We are a family ran Airbnb with an older home that we made up to be a cozy home away from home.
