We will contact you to confirm the adjusted amount.<br /><br />Just steps to beautiful Paniau Beach, Paniau Surf is an newly remodeled two bedroom/two bath, well-kept beach home across the street from Paniau Park, the only easy access surf and snorkel beach in Puako, attracting shore divers and snorkelers.<br /><br />Puako is the only ocean front residential community on the Kohala Coast with large expansive homes and original beach cottages from the early 50`s side by side. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and birdsong in the morning when you wake and walk across the street with your cup of coffee. Let the ocean take your cares away! A beachside trail starting across the street provides an easy hike to sandy beaches. Watch year round sunsets across the street and in the winter months, the whales will put a show on for you!<br /><br />Paniau Surf, an air-conditioned beach house, has two nice sized bedrooms and a bonus room, enclosed, available to accommodate up to six guests. Finishes in the home include granite counter tops and beautiful tiled floors throughout. There is a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower inside or if you prefer, a private outdoor garden shower that offers a warm shower under the stars or serves as a great alternative to wash off the day after playing in the sun. Prepare delicious food in the large, fully equipped, kitchen that boasts updated appliances and enjoy meals together, in the adjoining dining section or in the spacious living room area. Cozy up on the large cushy, new sectional sofa and watch a great movie in the living room on the flat screen TV or snuggle together and view the flat screen TV in both bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors and ocean breezes in cozy furniture on the covered front lanai. Sun on the side patio lounge chairs, relax under the palm trees on a hammock or play in the warm sunshine on the large, surrounding yard with your kids. To close out your day of rest or exploring the wonders of the Big Island, walk over to the shoreline and enjoy some of the most incredible sunsets that Puako has to offer.<br /><br />Paniau Surf is located directly across from Paniau park which has incredible snorkeling in the summer and surfing in the winter. There is also a path that you can walk extending from the park all the way to Mauna Lani resort area, with many beautiful spots for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling along the way. The Puako General Store is a few minutes away and sells basic groceries and take out foods. The house is a 40 minute drive from the airport. Renting a car is highly recommended.<br /><br />Nearby Attractions:<br />There are numerous beautiful beaches nearby including Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach and Kiholo Bay. There are many activities you can partake in such as surfing, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking and more. Noise carries over quiet landscapes and near water. IBR asks that Guest and Guest’s children respect Property neighbors' privacy, peace and quiet. Guests are asked to adhere to the “Good Neighbor Policy” as follows: quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the Property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.<br /><br />NON-SMOKING RENTAL<br />This is a non-smoking rental. No smoking is allowed inside any of the buildings on the Property. No cigarette butts in gravel or yard.<br /><br />PLEASE KEEP SCREENS AND DOORS TIGHTLY CLOSED TO PREVENT PESTS FROM ENTERING THE HOME. IBR homes are treated on a regular basis; however, pests are a normal part of life in the tropics. Please let IBR know right away if Guest has any issues. IBR will do its best to remedy. The owner retains the services of a professional pest control company for the purpose of maintaining insect control in and around the premises, on a regular basis. However, this Property is in the "Tropics" and insects and rodents can be resistant to complete eradication. IBR cannot guaranty complete control over Mother Nature's insects and rodents and will not issue any refunds due to the sighting of insects and/or rodents.<br /><br />SUPPLIES<br />As part of our commitment to ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our guest, we provide a complimentary set of initial supplies (paper goods and soaps) upon your arrival. These supplies are intended to help you get started and make your transition into our accommodation as smooth as possible.  After your initial supply is depleted, it is your responsibility to replenish any additional supplies needed for the duration of your stay.<br /><br />TRAFFIC<br />Please DRIVE SLOWLY in our neighborhoods. The speed limits are 10 mph to 25 mph and there are many children and adult pedestrians and bicyclists.<br /><br />USE OF PROPERTY<br />Guest may use the home only as a place of vacation. Guest may not use it for commercial purposes, for any unlawful, improper, offensive purpose or illegal activity. Please refer to Guest Book upon arrival for details and instructions concerning use of pool, spa, and/or air conditioning if these amenities are available at the rented Property.<br /><br />NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED<br /><br />NEIGHBORHOOD CONSTRUCTION<br />IBR is not responsible for any construction noise or inconvenience that may occur during Guest stay. No refunds will be given. Although IBR cannot guarantee full knowledge of any planned or current construction occurring, Guest may contact IBR (90) days prior to Guest arrival to inquire if IBR is aware of construction adjacent to the Property occurring and Guest may choose to cancel at that time IF there is construction occurring that may affect the Property UNLESS Guest has already been made aware of construction during time of or shortly after Guest booking was made.<br /><br />When securing Guest booking with payment Guest is consenting to have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of our Island Beach Rentals, LLC.
