Perfect for up to 6 guests, it is a true island home away from home.<br /><br />The backyard lanais (which open from large sliding glass doors off the living room) is furnished with stylish seating and a BBQ, and are surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, giving a sense of tranquility and calm.<br />The lanai also features a retractable sunshade for extra comfort on those super sunny tropical days!<br /><br />The house has a modern Polynesian design and a spacious, 1700 sq. ft, open floor plan with beautiful travertine floors throughout and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. <br /><br />There are two bright and airy primary bedroom suites, both with King beds and spa-like, ensuite bathrooms.<br />The third bedroom has a two TwinXLs that can be combined as King with gel topper and also has a private bath.<br /><br />All of the beds are outfitted with luxurious linens, and all of the baths are stocked with 100% cotton towels. In addition there are soaps, shampoos and conditioners as well as essentials like hair dryers, iron and more.<br /><br />The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with private grill.<br /><br />One of the greatest features of this home is the sliding glass wall of windows that open and slide away to open onto the lanai. We have lots of items for families ranging from pack and play, high chair/booster, bed rails, baby monitors, swim vests, even a toddler toilet ring and kids kitchen utensils.<br /><br />IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.
